You are responsible for keeping your superjl login credentials confidential. superjl staff will never ask for your password. Any activity performed under your credentials is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach.
superjl provides deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion tools to support responsible play. Using these tools is your right as a player. If you request self-exclusion, superjl will enforce it without exception.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and superjl ("superjl", "we", "us", "our"), governing your registration, access, and use of the superjl platform available at superjl.co, including all games, services, promotions, and features offered thereon. Each individual person is permitted to maintain only one (1) superjl account. Opening or operating multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. superjl uses technical and manual verification processes to detect duplicate accounts.
Upon detection of duplicate accounts, superjl reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances therein, and void any winnings generated from those accounts. Any promotional bonuses used across duplicate accounts will be clawed back in full.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your superjl account, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration or KYC process. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your superjl login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. superjl staff will never contact you to request your password or OTP. All activity conducted under your credentials is your sole responsibility.
superjl is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine passport, UMID, SSS card, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, or driver's licence. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality.
superjl accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, and 7-Eleven (via Bayad Center). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
All deposits are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). superjl does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.
superjl only accepts deposits from payment accounts registered in the same name as your superjl account. Third-party deposits — deposits made on your behalf by another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your verified superjl account. Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed KYC verification to superjl's satisfaction.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the minimum is reached.
GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. The specific wagering requirements applicable to each bonus are set out in the individual bonus terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
All bonuses and promotions offered by superjl are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry dates. These specific terms will be communicated at the time the promotion is made available.
Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a stated number of times before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. Wagering on certain game types (e.g., certain table games or live casino games) may not contribute fully to wagering requirement completion.
superjl reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close the accounts of players who are found to have engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; hedging bets to reduce wagering risk while satisfying requirements; wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms.
All slot games offered on the superjl Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG systems used by superjl's game providers are independently tested and certified by approved technical testing facilities. Game outcomes are not influenced by superjl or any of its employees.
Live casino games are streamed from professional studio environments. The rules governing each live game are those of the game provider and are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disruption during a live game, the rules of the specific game provider apply to determine the outcome.
Sports betting markets are subject to superjl's sports betting rules, which govern settlement, void bets, in-play betting, and the handling of postponed or cancelled events. These rules are available in the sportsbook section of the Platform.
In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or any other technical failure that affects game play or the display of results, superjl reserves the right to void the affected game round. No winnings will be paid in respect of games affected by technical errors.

No content from the superjl Platform may be reproduced, distributed, published, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of superjl.
Game content provided by third-party game providers (including JILI, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and others) is the intellectual property of the respective providers and is subject to their own licensing terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, superjl's aggregate liability to any player — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
superjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical errors; interruption of service; data loss; or losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit superjl's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Your privacy is important to superjl. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data when you use the superjl Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.
By using the superjl Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. superjl complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
superjl operates in accordance with guidelines issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who wish to raise a complaint about the conduct of superjl may do so by contacting the superjl support team in the first instance.
superjl reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, superjl will take reasonable steps to notify registered players — for example, by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to registered players.
